We offer a variety of training on the wishes and possibility’s of the client. Also clubs, organisations, teams etc can contact us for trainingsstages. On this page you can see the different kind of training. You can contact us without obligations by telephone or email.

Pre Season Training

During the months Januar, Februar and March it’s possible to follow the Pre Season Training. Target of this kind of training is to prepare yourself for the upcoming season physicaly and on the bike. ‘A good start is half the job.’

This will be an individual training. After a diagnose of a physical test we will make a trainingsshedule  to prepare yourself physicaly. The motortraining will be added in these schedules.

All Season Training

During a whole season that starts in January and ends in October you will be personal trained.

Target of this training is that you train on a responsible way through the year. We prepare you for the start of the season and keep you on level or improve you where it needs to. This means that we follow and train you the whole season so you will perform the best on the right moment.

Periodical Training

Sometimes because of circumstances it’s impossible to practice with regularity. Schooltimes, short visites in the Netherlands, financial circumstances can be a cause.

However you want the best training, that you get by us. You can flollow the training in holidays or the period you stay in the Netherlands. This is also possible in combination with the Physical Training.

Motortraining

If you are only interested in Motortraining, you can choose for Motortraining only.

Physical Training

It’s possible to follow only physical training in two ways.

You can choose for only training schedules or training schedules with assistance. Physical test is included.
